FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a Limited Edition?

A limited edition print is a limited run of artwork. This is a collectible piece of art, which means that Cuco supervises the printing himself and signs and numbers all limited edition prints.  Once an edition sells out, it is closed forever and will no longer be available.

Do you authenticate the artwork?

Each edition comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes a serialized and numbered hologram that corresponds with the Versa Certificate found on the back of the artwork.

Where are the editions produced?

All prints are produced by the master printing team at Laumont Photographics in Long Island City to ensure that each piece of artwork meets the high level of craftsmanship and quality that our collectors expect.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All limited edition prints are produced once the order is placed unless otherwise stated.  The printing, signing and mounting process can take up to 10 business days.  If the artwork is to be shipped, the shipment will be sent directly from our master printer and a shipment notification with tracking number will be sent to your email. For those purchasing in the New York Tri-State area, you will be contacted once your artwork is ready to schedule delivery and the option of installation at the time of delivery by one of our seasoned art installers.

How do I care for my artwork?

Cleaning: Extreme caution should be used whenever it is necessary to clean the surface of your artwork. Dust the picture glazing with a soft, damp cloth or chamois. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water, and dry by blotting the cloth. Dry or gritty cloths may cause surface scratches and create a static electric charge on the surface.  Do not use window cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this may cause permanent damage to your image.

Environment: All works provide a high level of UV protection but it is recommended to avoid displaying your artwork in direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures. Temperatures in excess of 75°F, direct sunlight, or humidity above approximately 60% could cause damage to your image, including but not limited to fading in the photograph or the formation of bubbles on the mounted image.
